Dino Sized Ribs,
originally uploaded by jcaterer.

I have been planning on blogging about these beef ribs for awhile. I did a BBQ up for the guys a couple months back and I did these beef ribs plus 7 racks of pork ribs in the Weber Smokey Mountain. As you can see they can out looking great and tasted even better.

I also grilled picanha on my other Weber ( a weber Performer) so they could have some appetizers. Throw in a couple kegs and it was a great afternoon!

Disabling D630 touchpad when mouse plugged in

August12

My friendly neighborhood architect sent me this note on how to disable my touch pad. I hope others find it helpful as well.

I find the touch pad to be a pain – I accidentally hit it when typing.

To disable it you likely need to install an updated drive (ftp://ftp.us.dell.com/input/R165804.exe), restart, and then choose the touch pad settings from the mouse settings in the control panel, and then choose touchpad ‘Device select’ and disable the pad when the USB mouse is plugged.
